Pork & Mac Casserole

Total Time:  1 Hour
This is a creamy casserole that even young children will enjoy! The peas add a sweet touch!
1 lb. favorite pork sausage
12 ounce pasta, shells
8 oz Velveeta Cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 tbs butter
1 can sweet peas
1/2 red pepper, cut in small pieces
Add pork sausage and red pepper. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned and crumbly. Drain well and set aside.

Boil pasta according to directions. When finished, drain with cold water and set aside.

In a small pan mix Velveeta cheese, butter and milk. Stir slowly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

Add pasta, pork mixture and peas to bubbly cheese. Gently stir together and serve in a casserole dish.

Add a garden salad and enjoy a wholesome meal with your family!
