Pork Tenderloin on the BQ

One lean pork tenderloin
1/2 lb of bacon
lemon pepper (or other spice of your choice)
Let the pork tenderloin thaw thoroughly if in the freezer. Cut any sign of fat off the tenderloin. Cut tenderloin in half lengthwise and if very thick I cut it down the centre also. Sprinkly, as much as you desire, Lemon Pepper,on both sides of the tenderloin. Wrap the tenderloins in bacon by overlapping each piece of bacon. Secure the bacon with toothpicks.

Grill on a Hot BQ so as to make the bacon crispy and the pork just slightly pink in the middle.

You can serve each individual a portion of tenderloin each or you can slice then in medalions and serve that way.
