Potato and Cheese Casserole with Meat of Choice

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 to 6 cups Sliced Simply Potatoes
12 slices white or yellow American cheese
1/2 medium yellow onion sliced thin
4-4oz. cube steak or boneless pork loin
butter to taste
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk or half & half
DIRECTIONS
Saute onions in butter until slightly brown in 9" inch dutch oven. Remove onions and set aside, leaving butter that remains in pan. Remove pan from heat, place meat in pan place one layer of potatoes add 1/3 of onions 4 pats of butter salt & pepper to taste and 3 or 4 slices of cheese repeat for two more layers ending with cheese. Add milk or half & half. Cook at medium heat on top of stove for 30 min. or until potatoes & meat are done. Serve with Broccoli Florets. Enjoy
