RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 sticks of butter
1 small onion
1 tsp.salt
1 tbls.of brownsugar
1 can of cream of chicken
1 16oz.of sourcream
1 bag of hashbrowns(not shreeded)
1 bag of colby shreeded cheese
2 cups of crushed cornflakesc
DIRECTIONS
layer the pan with the hashbrowns,add 1 stick of melted butter,pour over top of hasbrowns.next mix in a bowl onion,salt, cream of chicken and sourcream,then spread over hashbrowns, sprinkle the bag cheese over the top of that,then put the crushed cornflakes on that.melt the second stick of butter with the brown sugar pour over cornflakes. bakes 35 minutes at 350 degrees. need a 13x9 pan
