RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Peeled baking potatoes
Olive oil
salt
red and green bell pepers
already cooked bacon cut into small pieces
onion
spinach fresh
parmessan cheese any kind
bechamel sause
butter 1tbls
milk 1/2 cup
flour 4tbls
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350


slice potato into one inch rounds, cover in olive oil salt and roast in oven covered for 20 minutes.


Take out and add peppers in cubes already stir fried with bacon,garlic and onion then add spinach,parmessan chesse and bechamel sause more cheese on top you can organize layers at your preference.


place in the oven uncovered for 30 min keep temp at 350


To make bechamel


place the butter until it melts on pan where the bacon was stir fried add flour stir and when it looks saturated add milk it should thicken like a gravy but a little more runny add more milk if needed while constantly stirring.
