3 rashers of bacon

2tbsp melted butter

DIRECTIONS

Peel and thinly slice potatoes

Chop silverbeet(spinach)

Chop bacon in small pieces

In the ring pan for microwave layer potatoes, sliverbeet (spinach), and bacon

Pour melted butter over all

Cover pan with paper towel

Place in microwave for 10-12min

Serve
