Power Packed Protein Pudding
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
What You'll Need:
Protein Powder (favorite kind)
Natural Peanut Butter
Milk (Almond is best)
DIRECTIONS
Directions:

Mix 2 Table Spoons Natty PB in a bowl with one scoop of your favorite protein powder. Mix in enough milk to make it into a thick pudding like consistence(you will not need much). Put in freezer for 5-10 mins, then enjoy! This will give you a high protein(~20-35g), moderate fat(~15-23g) and low carb(~10-20; this is why Almond milk is preferred as the amount you will use for this will yield almost no additional carbs) meal for night time or a healthy meal replacement.

Feel free to add the following depending on your goals

Add-ins:

Cinnamon to taste

Fruit of any kind

Dark Chocolate

Good luck and enjoy getting Bigger, Stronger and Faster!
