Quick and Easy. A flavorful spinach quiche with the richness of bacon and swiss cheese.

•In a blender, combine the eggs, condensed milk, nutmeg, and black pepper; cover and process for 15 seconds. Pour over bacon, cheese, and spinach mixture.

Top with remaining bacon and cheese.

you miss ingredients and measurements
You tend to miss ingredient amounts or mistype amounts. Like the Quiche with spinach bacon and Swiss Cheese, no mention of spinach in the ingredients but in the body of recipe, and should it be fresh or frozen. One recipe I followed this weekend gave 2c. of graham cracker crumbs and 2 c of pecans and 1 1/2 stick of butter---too much butter, had to add more grahams and pecans, not good layout.
