quick supper sausage and corn medley

A quick fast and delicious meal, also works good for casseroles to take to potlucks. No need to use the oven.
1-ring bologne or ring sausage (cut up to about one inch slices)
1- red sweet onion (sliced in big slices)
1- large green pepper ( sliced in strips)
4 ears of leftover corn (taken off of ears) or 2 cans of corn
2- cans of sliced potatoes (drained)
additional- can add mushrooms, tomatoes, or cheese
In a large skillet, fry on medium heat the slices of ring bologna (sausage), onion, and green pepper until the onions are somewhat translucent. Then add your potatoes and corn to the mixture. Put a lid on your skillet and turn down to simmer until heated thoroughly. You can top with grated cheese or parmesan cheese.
