Quick Top Ramen Stir Fry

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 Packages Top Ramen( Any flavor)
1/2 Cup Broccoli
1/2 Cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Cabbage
4 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
1/2  Tablespoon Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
In medium sauce pan bring water to boil, add top ramen noodles, then add flavor packet(for taste), then let cook for 4-5 minutes. While ramen noodles are cooking, Heat olive oil in a medium sized frying pan or wok. Prepare veggies, once oil is heated add all vegetables and let them sauté. Add a dash of oyster sauce to vegetables. Once the ramen noodles are done, drain them, and add to vegetables in frying pan. Add 4 tablespoons(or as much as you'd like) of oyster sauce, I usually like a lot! Stir, then add A LOT of Sriracha hot sauce. Mix all together, let sit in pan for about 2 minutes, stir and serve! Super easy, and if you've ever been to a Mongolian grill this is very similar. You can add just about anything you'd like, or even use different sauces. Whatever you like to fit your taste. Enjoy!


For a real kick, add chicken or flank steak.
