Ratiatore Pasta Soup

This is a recipe you can make as soup or as a pasta dish. You can spice it up if you like or omit the shrimp and add chicken. If you dont eat meat leave it out all together.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8oz Ratiatore Pasta (or any pasta you like that is small)
1/2lb Peeled and Deviened Shrimp (cooked or raw)
1 can mushrooms sliced
1 can peas
1/4-1/2 jar Alfrado Sauce
4 cups Chicken Stock (may need more)
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Bring 4 cups Chicken Stock to a boil in a large stock pot.


Add salt and pasta.


Cook 5 mins (if useing raw shrimp put them in now to cook).


Add the mushrooms and peas.


Cook till pasta is al denta and shrimp are heated/no longer pink.


Do not drain.


If you need to add more stock do so now.


Taste to season.


Mix in Alfrado Sauce.


Serve and enjoy!


My husband and son like this recipe with every thing mixed but drained from the chicken stock and tossed with alfrado!
