Red noodles and beef

This has been a favorite in my extended family for many years. I use a cast iron dutch oven that belonged to my mother to prepare this.
1 lb. boneless stew meat
1 can tomato puree
1 pkg. noodles
salt, pepper, flour and a little garlic powder
vegetable oil.
roll beef in flour, salt, pepper and a bit of garlic. powder.

Brown in vegetable oil, add tomato puree and water to cover. Cover and cook in dutch oven until beef is tender. Keep adding water as needed to cover. Add noodles and cook until tender. Makes a good meal with a salad. This is a recipe from World War II when meat was rationed and it took less points to get ground beef and stew meat.
