Yield:  48 squares
Moist and zippy. Children love them
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter melted
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 cream of corn 398ml
1/2can 4oz green diced chili peppers
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Flour
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
4 teas. Baking Powder
1/4 teas. Salt
DIRECTIONS
Beat butter and sugar by hand


Beat in 1 egg at a time


Blend in Corn, Chili Peppers and Chesses


Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl


Add Dry Mix to Wet Mix.


Pour into 9 x 13 pan


Bake 350 for 40 minutes or until done.
