Family favorite! I have been making these for almost 30 years. They are a huge hit and are requested time and again by family and friends as an appetizer, or as our contribution to a potluck. They are super simple to make!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1.5 lbs thinly sliced good quality rare roast beef
1 large tub boursin cheese with garlic and herbs
1 long thin loaves of French or Italian Bread
DIRECTIONS
Slice loaves of bread along the sides and push open. Spread boursin cheese thickly each side of the bread.

Fill generously with rare roast beef slices.

Close bread to make a sandwich.

Slice the sandwich across to make pinwheels.

Perfect combination
Sara, there is no better mate for roast beef and boursin! It never occurred to me to make a pinwheel but it makes a lovely finger-food. Tortillas would likely work well rolled up and sliced.
