Root Vegetable Soup

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
One pound vegetables (Carrot or Beet or Potato or combo)
1 cup broth made from chicken bouillon powder
1 cup milk
1/8 cup sherry
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
DIRECTIONS
Scrub vegetables and cut in small pieces. (Do not peel!)


Microwave vegetables at medium setting for about 10 minutes.


Allow to cool a bit, then add rest of ingredients and puree in blender at lowest speed.


Serve in small bowls with a dollop of yogurt or sour cream, if desired.
