Saint Patrick's Day Simply-Fied Bangers and Mash Plate of Luck

Bangers and Mash can be found in pubs across Ireland. How can you go wrong with creamy mash potatoes and sausage. My mom introduced me to Simply Potatoes and I was skeptical but they are delicious and reliable every time and make dinner quick.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 large onion sliced into thin rings
4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped into small chunks
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 14.5 oz. can beef broth
1 cup of red wine
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 package Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes Family Size
Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat and brown sausages until brown all over. Remove sausage, add onions to pan and reduce heat to medium. Cook until softened and beginning to brown. Add garlic and cook for about a minute. Add wine to deglaze pan. Add beef broth and herbs and bring to a simmer. Add sausage back in and allow to cook for about 30 minutes.

When sausage and onion gravy is done...heat simply potatoes mashed potatoes according to package instructions. Divide among four plates and top with bangers.
