Salsa Corn Chowder

This is a deliciously comforting soup to enjoy with family and friends. This soup is super served with tortilla chips. Give it a try, I know you won't be disappointed.
1 Lb. Polish Sausage (cut into cubes)
1 Large Sweet Onion
2 Stalks Celery
3 1/2 C. Water
4 t. Chicken Bouillon
4 White Potatoes (diced and peeled)
1 can Cream style corn
2 cups fresh corn or canned
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream (I prefer the light version)
1-2 c. Salsa (whatever kind you prefer)
Corn Chowder

Place 1 Lb. Polish Sausage (cut into pieces) into stock pot, sauté until brown. Set sausage aside. Add 1 onion (chopped) & 2 stalks celery (chopped) to pot and cook until tender. Add 3 1/2. c. water & 4 t. chicken bouillon. Add 4 potatoes (diced & peeled) and 1 can cream style corn. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Add 2 c. fresh corn or 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 c. milk, 1 -2 c.salsa, 1 c. light sour cream and cooked, cubed sausage. Heat through and serve.
