Saltine Cracker Fried Chicken Breats

  4 Servings
4 Boneless chicken breasts
1 to 1+1/2 Sleeves Saltine crackers
3 eggs
Salt and Pepper
Olive or Vegetable oil
Heat oil until dropping a crumb in it immediately starts to fry.

Meanwhile prepare chicken:

Thaw chicken and pat dry.

Crush crackers in ziplock bag or by using a food processor, untill crackers are crumbs.

Add salt and pepper to cracker crumbs to your taste.

Beat eggs with wisk unil smooth.

Add a dash salt and pepper to eggs.

Coat chicken with egg then drop into cracker crumb bag.

Shake until all side are covered with cracker.

Fry chicken in oil until it turns a golden brown maybe a little darker depending on the thickness of the chicken.

Remove chicken and place on paper towel covered dish to absorb oil.

Tastes awesome dipped in ketchup!!
