Here she shares a winning favorite that's healthy and easy to prepare.
1 grilled chicken breast
4 ounces organic baby mixed greens
1/2 fresh tomato, diced
2 ounces sun dried tomatoes
2 ounces of balsamic vinaigrette
A pinch of pepper
goat cheese (optional)
