Whether you're a Sausage Lover or Mushroom Lover this is the recipe for you. Looking for something different and exciting give it a try! The results will amaze you!
1pk Smoke Sausage
1pk Kielbasa Sausage
1pk Andouille Saugage (Weinger works the best)
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 Large Onion
1 Jalapeno with seeds (if you like spice)
2 Large cans of Pork N Beans (you can substitute with your favorite beans or add your favorite beans with the Pork N Beans)
Black Pepper to taste (no salt needed)
1/2 cup to 1 cup of  Dark Brown Sugar. I would suggest using this only if your Pork N Beans are not sweetened already.
You could use Honey as a substitute for the Brown Sugar.
You may also use a variation of Mushrooms versus using the Sausage if you're not a Sausage lover.
Serve with:
White Rice or Brown Rice
Prep work:

Slice all of the Sausage on the bias.

Dice the Onion, Green Bell Pepper and Jalapeno(small/med dice is fine)

In a medium to large skillet (using Medium heat) saute the Sausage, Onion and Bell Pepper (no need to added any type of oil). After 10 minutes the Sausage should start to cook and the Onions will start to become translucent. Add the Jalapeno's and saute 5 minutes longer. Turn down the stove pilot to low and add the two cans of Pork N Beans. Black Pepper to taste and add Brown Sugar or Honey (optional). Cover and let cook 15 to 20 more minutes. Serve on top of White Rice or Brown Rice (Rice goes on the Bottom and the Sausage Lovers Delight goes on top).

WOW - What a great new family treat
This meal was quick and easy. It has the BEST aroma when smothering the onions, green peppers, and sausage. I am not a great cook but this recipe made me a Chef to my family. To keep it healthy I served it over brown rice.
