sausage/ pork/macaroni yields 4-6 servings

3 tbs Goya olive oil
1 med onion(sliced)
2 large pork chops(cut in bite size)
4 Goya chorizo sausage(slice in 1/2 inch slices)
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs garlic powder
salt / pepper to taste
4-6 cups water
1 small can tomato paste
1 pound Ziti macararoni cooked
1 Philadelphia cream cheese
cook macaroni per label instruction, set aside.

in a large pot saute onion, then add pork, and sausage, oregano, garlic powder and salt to taste; cook for approx. 5 min, then add 3 cups of water, lower heat and simmer until tender.

add small can tomato paste and the rest of water to make a sause. (add extra water if needed) add macaroni and cream cheese, lower heat to a slow simmer until all cheese has melted and create a pink sauce.

serve with garlic bread. Enjoy
