Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Best Stuffed Mushrooms, very simple and easy, everyone LOVES them!
4 packages White Mushrooms
1 roll Safeway Brand Hot Sausage (1lb) (Not Italian!)
Soy Sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Minced Garlic
-In a large bowl combine sausage, cheddar cheese (about two hand fulls), soy sauce (just enough to coat mixed sausage but no extra remaining in bowl), and 2-3 tbsp minced garlic.

-Mix well. Add soy sauce if needed, just need enough to coat mixture, no more.

-Preheat oven to 385 degrees.

-Remove stems from mushrooms, they pop out pretty easily, make sure to remove entire stem. (You can save the stems and saute for another meal!)

-With a small spoon, stuff sausage mixture into each mushroom. Press mixture into mushroom lightly and leave a small mound on top, rounding with the spoon. Don't overflow too much.

-Place each stuffed mushroom on cookie sheet or oven tray, about an inch apart.

-Cook for about 20 mins or until sausage is cooked.

-Let cool a few mins and enjoy!
