a new twist on a simple classic, great for impresing family and friends
2 cups simply fried hash browns
1 each egg, whipped
1 ounce sour cream
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
6 ounces skirt steak
2 ounces Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-Combine all ingredients together and allow steak to marinade for 1 hour then grill over medium heat, remove and slice on a bias.
Start by adding the hash browns and remaining ingredients into a bowl and mixing until evenly incorporated next portion out in to 2 ounce rounds and freeze for 10 minutes. Next remove and place into a mini taco shell maker and put into deep fryer, fry until golden crisp, the more crisp the better they will hold; next remove and season with more salt and pepper. Place a generous amount of the meat and serve with cabbage and a lime.
