I am a busy mom of 3 who works full time, this is a simple, healthy and easy meal to prepare that my kids love, in addition its filling and is inexpensive to make also.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 package of smimply potatos shredded hashbrowns
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 small red onion diced
1 lb of ground beef (may substitute ground turkey or chicken)
2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
fry meat in pan with onion and drain


next combine hamburger/onion mixture with remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
