Slow-Cooked Chicken and Burritos

Here's a slow cooker recipe for you - this is a real crazy one, but if frozen burritos are a favorite junk food for you (as they are mine!!!), this is a real tasty, easy meal to fix while you are busy with your life!
4 frozen burritos, beef or bean & cheese
2-4 boneless chicken breasts
14 1/2 oz. can Enchilada sauce
Cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, onions and sour cream, and a little more grated cheddar cheese
Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. On the bottom of the slow cooker, place the frozen burritos.

Lay the chicken breasts on top and cover all with the enchilada sauce.

Cook on low 5-8 hours - it's very forgiving - the last few minutes sprinkle some grated cheese over.

When ready to serve, shred the chicken and serve with the above toppers.

Yum, Yum, Yum, Yum!!!! Only thing I would suggest it to let the burritos soften a bit so that you can unwrap them. The chunks of tortilla were unappealing.
