Whisk dry ingredients into beer until well combined. Pour over steak in a zip lock bag and marinate at least 3 hours, massaging the meat now and then.

Stuff the peppers with cheese and wrap each pepper in p piece of foil sprayed with non-stick spray. Wrap tightly.

Heat grill very hot. Dry the meat and place on the grill. Place the wrapped peppers on the grill. Cook the meat to your desired doneness, remove to a cutting board to rest.

While the meat rests remove the peppers from the foil (they should be slightly steamed) and replace on the grill to get some grill marks and melt the cheese.

Serve peppers with sliced steak, rice, and sides of your choice.
