This cheesy, creamy dip is ready in just minutes.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 24 ounces Daisy Brand 4% Cottage Cheese
- 3 sliced green onions
- 7 1/2 ounces shredded Mexican Four Cheese blend
- 8 ounces diced jalapenos
- 5/8 teaspoons black & red pepper blend
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
Mix the cream cheese with an electric mixer for 5 minutes on low speed. Add the remaining ingredients to the cream cheese. Mix 3 minutes on low speed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
