This is a good recipe
This is so similar to my own recipe that I'm sure it is a good one. I saute the onion and bell pepper in butter. I do not add sausage at all. I use lots of chili powder to cut the sweetness of the tomatoes and I do not use cayenne at all. I boil the okra in a six qt pot in about one inch of water to keep it from boiling over. I boil the cleaned and deveined shrimp (using crab boil) only until they start to get opaque, cut them in chunks and add them after the okra. Serve over Buttered Rice.
