Spicy White Turkey Chili

A different take on the standard White Chicken Chili recipe.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 package ground turkey breast
4 cups chicken broth
1 can white shoepeg corn
1 can hominy
1 can "Rotel"
Minced onion to taste
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup half and half
1 Tbs cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
Brown the ground turkey breast, salt and pepper to taste, and set aside.


Bring the 4 cups chicken broth, white pepper, cumin, and cayenne, to a boil. Next add the corn, hominy and Rotel,and the turkey. Mix the cornstarch and half and half so no lumps remain and slowly add to the chili. Simmer for 30 min.


Serve with tortilla chips, a dollop of sour cream or shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions for garnish.
