Spinach-artichoke dip

8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Mozzerella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 to 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1-10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Pour into a 9" pie plate or other shallow baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbling around edges, and serve hot with tortilla chips.

*Can be divided into smaller portions before baking and frozen. To bake, thaw in the fridge, then follow instructions.
