This easy dip will save your party in a flash.
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
- 8 ounces water chestnuts (optional)
- 16 ounces Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package vegetable soup dip and recipe mix
- 3 green onions, chopped
Thaw and drain the spinach. Drain and chop the water chestnuts, if using. In a medium bowl, stir the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions until well mixed. Cover; chill for 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir well. If desired, spoon into a round bread bowl. Serve with cut vegetables or crackers.
