Spring Roll with Creamy Sauce

Non-fried spring roll with oriental flavored sauce. Sour cream and soy sauce are great match.
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
8 Egg Roll Sheets
1 cup Chopped Celery
8 tablespoons Daisy Sour cream
3/4 cup Milk
2 Egg Yolks
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves, grated
1.Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2.In a bowl, combine sour cream, milk, soy sauce, garlic and egg yolks. Mix well.

3.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

4.On each egg roll sheet, place 1/8 of cut chicken and 1/8 of chopped celery. Roll it up. Make 7 more rolls.

5.Place spring rolls seam side down in the baking dish and pour the sauce. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
