Steamed ToFu with salted egg yolks and minced meat

  4 servings
Ingredients :
1 block white tofu
2 salted egg yolks
1 egg
1 tbsp oil
200 gm minced meat
2 pcs garlic chopped
Seasoning A :
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of peper and
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp corn flour
3/4 cup water
Seasoning B:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Dash of pepper
1 stalk spring onion chopped
3 pcs shallots chopped fried
1. Steam salted egg yolk until cooked. Mash it.

2. Mix egg with Seasoning A ,add in mashed salted egg

yolk. Mix it well.

3. Place tofu onto a plate . Pour Egg mixture over it.

4. Steam at high heat for 8 minutes (or until cooked).

5. Heat up oil. Fry chopped garlic until fragrant.

6. Add in minced meat & fry till aromatic.

7. Add in Seasoning B. Still well

8. Pour over steamed tofu . Sprinkle with chopped spring

onion & fried shallot. Serve hot.
