Stew Peas & Beans

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 Can Red Kidney Beans    2 Large onions (Chopped)
1 Can Black Eye Peas      3 Teaspoons chopped garlic
1 Can Garbonzo Peas       1/2 Cup Red wine
1 Can Black Beans         1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 Teaspoon level salt     1/4 Cup Chives (Chopped)
Black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Saute onions, garlic and chives in olive oil - add all other ingredients including the liquid from the peas and beans. Boil on a LOW FLAME for one hour STIRRING often. Serve hot either by itself or over rice & pasta.
