Sticky Pork Chops

6 pork chops on the bone
6 Tb spoons BBQ sauce from a jar or bottle
2 cloves of garlic
3 Tb spoons Light, soft brown sugar
1 Tb spoon light, Soy sauce
2 Tb spoons of Whole-grain mustard
salt to taste
fresh ground black pepper
1. Crush garlic and mix with BBQ sauce, soy sauce, mustard

2. Taste and season to your palate with salt and black pepper

3. Rub chops with this marinade and let is rest for 2 hours in the fridge

4. Place chops in a baking dish and add about 1inch of water to the dish. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake at high heat until chops are tender (test by inserting a knife through)

5. Remove foil, turn chops over and bake for another 10 minutes to get the glaze really sticky!

Enjoy with a green salad and some roasted new potatoes
