The flavors in this were spot on, but we recommend turning the jalepenos halfway through to make sure the bacon is crispy on both sides.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
25 fresh jalapeno peppers
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) packages bacon

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut stems off of peppers leaving the top intact, and slit them longways.


2. Remove seeds from peppers. A grapefruit spoon is good for doing this.


3. Combine cream cheese with shredded cheddar,and fill each pepper half.


4. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each pepper half.


5. Place on parchment covered baking sheets and place in 450 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked.


6. Let cool slightly and serve.

Good, But Needs Help
You have the basic idea down, but need to add some veins/seeds, Cayenne, Cilantro and others to your cream cheese mix. "Just Saying"
