Stuffed Mushrooms

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
250 g Whole shiitake mushrooms
100 g mozzarella cheese
100 g yellow cheddar cheese
fresh parsley
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 Liter milk
2 Tsp flour
salt
pepper
nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Carve in the mushrooms so as to be ale to stuff your thumb in. Save the residual mushrooms aside.


Grate the mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and finely cut the parsley.


In a pot, put the milk, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and heat until thickened.


Remove from heat and add the mozzarella cheese to the pot.


Mix the parsley and cheddar cheese, add pinches of salt, pepper, nutmeg and brown sugar.


Stuff the mushrooms with the parsley and cheese mixture and place in a non-sticking cooking pan.


Place in a pre-heated oven (220°) for about 10 minutes.


Remove from oven and add the thick sauce over the mushrooms.


Reduce heat to 180° and return to oven for 15 minutes or till the surface reddens.
