Summer Dump Salad

I made this when we had company and we ate it for a meal and then munched all weekend on it. People who don't like something can just pick around it! It is refreshing.
8 oz box of whole grain macaroni twists or twisted tri color pasta - Rotini
6-8 oz firm cheese-cheddar, swiss,monterey jack, pepper cheese - cubed(2-3 oz of each adds more color)
1 can of artichokes, chopped
1 small jar of green olives with pimentos
1 can of pitted medium black olives
4 oz of ham (turkey or regular) cubed
4 oz of turkey, cubed
6 oz salami slices, julienned
4 oz pepperoni (optional)julienned
8 oz med cooked shrimp (optional)
6 oz broccoli flowerettes
6 oz cauliflower pieces
1 med sweet onion, diced
1 med red onion, diced
salt (optional)
1 jar of light caesar salad dressing or italian salad dressing
Cook pasta, drain and rinse in cold water.

Put in large bowl. Wide top works great for mixing then you can move it to a serving bowl.

Add rest of ingredients and toss with half a bottle of the dressing. Mix and chill. Just before serving you can add the rest of the dressing or let the individuals add their own to their own serving.

I would not add salt as the olives and dressing might be enough. Individual preference!

Great for a summer entree or just to grab a bowl to munch on!
