Summer Spinach and Corn Salad with white balsamic vinaigrette

Here's a fabulous salad I discovered while in Australia. The light flavor of the white balsamic vinaigrette made it so refreshing, that I had to bring the recipe home.
10 oz. (1 bag) - fresh spinach
3 ears  - fresh corn cooked
1/2 medium red onion - finely diced
1/2 cup Cashews (halves & pieces)
4 oz. feta cheese - cubed or crumbled
3 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
pinch of crushed red pepper
Substitute 8 oz. frozen corn - thawed if fresh is unavailable
Wash & thoroughly drain fresh spinach. Cut fresh corn off cobs (discard cobs). Place the first 5 ingredients in a large serving bowl.

Dressing: Combine white balsamic vinegar, olive oil and crushed red pepper in a small jar or bowl and mix well.

Pour the dressing on the salad and toss before serving.
