"Swedish" Spaghetti

After 35 years of preparing this dish for my family, my adult children still request this dish when they come home for a visit.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup onions (chopped)
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 large can whole tomatoes (roughly chopped with juice)
2 - 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 pounds processed cheese product (i.e. Velveeta)
2 pounds cooked spaghetti
DIRECTIONS
Brown and drain the ground beef, add onions.


Mix vinegar, sugar and dry mustard together and add to ground beef and onions and simmer for 5 minutes.


Add whole tomatoes (with the juice) and tomato sauce and simmer for 45 minutes.


Cut cheese into chunks and add to sauce. Stir to melt cheese.


Combine cooked spaghetti and sauce.
