Swordfish Sandwiches

A healthy fish sandwich with an Asian twist-very fresh and light, but satisfying!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 Swordfish steaks (preferably less than 1-inch thick)
1/4 cup Olive oil, plus extra for brushing buns
1 TBLS ground cumin
Sea salt/fresh ground pepper
4 fresh deli hamburger buns sliced and brushed w/ olive oil
good quality tartare sauce (optional)
6-8 ripe cherry tomatoes carefully chopped
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 red chile finely diced
juice of 1 lemon
1 TBLS olive oil
Sea salt/fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Salt and pepper the swordfish


2. Combine the oil and cumin and brush on swordfish


3. Prepare a BBQ grill and grill the swordfish on both sides (approx. 5 minutes on each side depending thickness) or until firm


4. Just before the swordfish is done, toast buns, olive oil side down, on grill until lightly browned


5. Combine the last 8 ingredients and spoon onto the swordfish steaks


6. Smear tartare sauce on the bottom bun-place the swordfish steak on top of the bottom bun, then put the top of the bun on top
