Taco Salad

Any Season Taco Salad. My family loves it.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
1 13-16 oz can kidney beans, drained
1 head of lettuce, cored,washed and dry
1 avacado, diced
1 med size tomatoe
1 lb longhorn cheese, grated
1 sm onion, diced (optional)
1 bottle of Thousand Island dressing
1 bag of Doritoes plain tortilla chips
1 small bottle of Tabasco red sauce
DIRECTIONS
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl. Add tomatoe, avacado and cheese.


Brown the meat, add diced onions. When meat is done, add kidney beans and cover. Simmer about 5 minutes. Drain.


put in salad, add all the dressing, about 5 drops of Tabasco sauce and 1/2 bag of the chips (crushed or crumbled). Toss vigorously.
