Heat oven to 375 degress.
1-lb. Ground Beef/Chuck (chuck is better)
Taco Seasoning (1-2) Pkgs.(Depends on how spicy you like it).
Campbell's Tomato Soup (28oz. can)
1-lb. rotini noodle
1-16oz container of sour cream
1-8oz Pkg. of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Reg. or Mexican)
Brown groud beef/chuck, drain grease and rinse. Add Taco Seasoning/water, and tomato soup (add water with soup). Cook until it boils (stir often). This will look like spagetti sauce when done.

While sauce is cooking boil rotini noodle for on 6min., then drain/rinse under cold water. Mix sour cream and shredded cheese into rotini noodles.

Grease or oil 13x9x2 baking pan, then line with sauce mixture.

Cover sauce mixture with the rotini noodles.(add extra cheese if you like). Cover with foil and bake for 40-45min. Check after 30 minutes to see how it is doing. When done, pull from the oven and let cool for 10min., and serve.

Great meal to prepare the night before if you have a busy lifestyle. Enjoy!
