My mom made this back in the 1950's. Both my brother and I make it regularly as a quick hot dinner.
1 package medium width or Fettucine noodles cooked and drained
1 lb Hamburger, browned and drained
Garlic Salt
1 onion, chopped and browned
2 cans Cambell's Tomato soup ( can substitute tomato sauce)
1 can corn, drained
1 can black olives, drained
Cheddar cheese, grated
Cook noodles and drain.

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain the meat.

Place noodles, cooked hamburger and onion into large casserole.

Add canned soup, corn and black olives.

Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.

Carefully stir ingredients together.

Top with grated cheese.

Bake in oven at 350 F for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles or microwave for 20 minutes.

Great casserole
This recipe is actually called Mrs Howe's Spanish casserole my mom use to make this all the time she got the recipe from my grandmother who cut it out of a 1920's newspaper. She still had the recipe from the newspaper until she passed away. It is also a favorite of my family (but we omit the black olives).
