1 Cup bite size pieces of left over meat (roast beef, turkey, chickn or pork) (can go vegitarian and do not add meat or use a solid firm tofu that has been pan fried)

1 Cup Milk (2% or even fat free is OK)

2 Eggs (you can use egg substitutions as well, egg beaters etc)

1 Can Cream Corn - sometimes if I have some left over whole corn I will throw that in as well - clear the refirg

1 Can Black Olives - what ever size you want to use
|

1/2 Cup of Olive Oil - you can use whatever oil you have available. (I have cut this down from 1 Cup to 1/2 C you may even go a little less if desired to keep fat content low)
