RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 cups cooked rice.
4 strips bacon cut into 1" pieces.
3 eggs .
1/4 tsp salt.
1/4 tsp black pepper.
2 Tbsp canola or grape seed oil.
3 Tbsp butter.
1 large onion chopped.
2 dry chillies broken into 1/4" pieces.
1/4 cup basil leaves jullenned.
DIRECTIONS
Keep a non stick pan on medium high heat and fry the bacon


till done but not too crispy,remove from pan and leave aside.


Whisk the eggs together with a tablespoon of water and addto the same pan,stir and cook till it resembles soft scrambled eggs remove from pan and leave aside.


Add the oil and butter to the pan when hot add the onions


and fry till golden brown then add the pieces of chillies


and stir fry for 30 seconds add the rice and mix well


sprinkle the salt and pepper stir well add the bacon and eggs mix all together and enjoy.
