Texas Style BBQ Beef Ribs
Traditional Texas favorite!
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground oregano
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 racks beef back ribs (7 ribs per rack)
- Your favorite barbeque sauce, for serving
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Combine all the spices. Rub over the surface of the ribs to coat well.
Place the ribs on a rack in a roasting pan. Add 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan with foil and tightly seal the edges.
Bake for 2 hours.
Removethe ribs from the pan and place ona grill over medium coals for 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.
Cut between the ribs to serve.
