RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 pints cranberry juice
2 pints orange juice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon mixed spice, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves or allspice
sugar, to taste
To Decorate:
Kumquats, sliced
Frosted cranberries
mint sprigs

DIRECTIONS
Place the juices, water, and spices in a saucepan and bring gently to the boil, stirring in sugar to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.


Pour into punch cups and float kumquat slices on top and decorate with frosted cranberries and mint on cocktail sticks. You can also serve this drink chilled for a summer party.
