3 lbs Small Red Potatoes-skin on or off.After cooking,cool just enough so you can handle them and peel OR NOT! I peel some but not all.

2 or 3 stalks of celery,with alot of leaves-chopped how you like

Dry mustard to taste-at least one tbls(I use 1 1/2 tbls)

1/4 or more of Apple Cider Vinegar
|

McCormicks salt free ALL PURPOSE SEASONING-1 tbls or to taste--Sea Salt,Ground Black Pepper to taste.

6 Hard Boiled Eggs,or what ever you want.
