The Cheesiest Mac n' Cheese

I asked my 3 year old what she wanted for lunch, she stated Macaroni! I soon discovered that we didn't have any store boughten macaroni... I threw this together and was excited to see she loved it!
1 tsp salt
1 lb of cheese cubed (marble or cheddar or combination)
½ stick of butter
1 8oz package of shredded cheese
2 lbs of pasta noodles boiled until tender (any firm style pasta)
1 15 oz can of evaporated milk
1 heaping tsp of corn starch
Preheat oven to 350F

After draining noodles, return empty pot to stove, over low heat add butter. In a small bowl wisk corn starch into ¾ of the evaporated milk and add to pot with melted butter. Add cubed cheese and stir continuously until smooth and creamy.

Add noodles and salt and stir until fully coated in cheese mixture. Dump into a very lightly greased glass cake pan, drizzle remaining ¼ can of condensed milk over noodles, sprinkle with shredded cheese and pop in oven on middle rack for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
